Structure of the sessions

I very much enjoy the premise that this coaching program is similar to guiding you while out hiking in the mountains.  The segments of the coaching program are named after elements as they relate to tackling the areas of our life as parts of that journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How often will we meet?

A: Either weekly or every other week, depending on your schedule.


Q: When would we meet?

A: We will coordinate a time that best suits both of us.


Q: Can we talk on the phone rather than video meeting?

A: Yes, this is possible.  When we meeting, there may be visuals we share that will be relevant to the meeting.  So being near a computer may be necessary.


Q: How long are the sessions?

A: On average, the sessions are about 90 minutes.  I book the time for 2 hours to give us enough time to really dig into things when necessary.  If you have received an insight that is actionable now, and that better serves our time together, we can certainly wrap up early.


Q: Who designed this program?

A: Michael created this program, with the help and guidance of another successful coach.


Q: Is this a one-sized fits all program?

A: This program is customized for the client as we journey through it.
