Preparing for the Climb


Preparation is key to any successful journey.  This program will help you set the stage for further personal development.  It requires about 5 minutes each day for 5 weeks.

You may be surprised by how much you accomplish in your day in 5 minute increments.



Not quite ready to work with a coach?  Want to get a few tools and habits in place before you make that bigger commitment?  That is what this program is intended to begin.  Any journey you plan on going on in your life requires a bit of preparation.  If that is having the right tools, resources, or directions, the journey is more likely to succeed if you have prepared for it before you set out.

This program will take you through a short video talking about one subject a week.  You are then given a daily exercise to do.  These build on each other, and takes you through 5 different phases.

  1. Thoughts
  2. Filters
  3. Happiness
  4. Appreciation
  5. The Art of the Daily Discipline

It is recommended to take this one week at a time.  Start with the discipline of coming back each morning and evening for 5 minutes, and see what comes of that.  Answer the exercise questions with your first thoughts.  This is not an exercise in over thinking.  No one is grading you.  There is no ‘wrong way’ to do this.
