Coaching services are provided as a life-changing experience that requires both parties to be throughly committed to a change in outcome. If you feel you did not receive the full attention and intention of the life coach in your first session, then you are entitled to a full refund of the whole amount given. After further sessions, only the remaining percentage of sessions can be refunded.

For online products, a refund can be given within 14 days of purchase, if you feel that the product did not provide the guidance, tools, or services as represented. After 14 days, no refund will be given.

Once your refund is requested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
